Методологічні підходи до управління бізнес-процесами: еволюція та сучасні тенденції

Актуальність теми дослідження. Швидкі зміни зовнішнього середовища викликають необхідність гнучкої адаптації організацій для підтримання конкурентоспроможності та забезпечення ефективності діяльності. Дослідження еволюції методологічних підходів та визначення сучасних тенденцій до управління бізнес-процесами дозволить науковцям та організаціям розробити дієві інструменти підвищення ефективності діяльності.
Постановка проблеми. Управління бізнес-процесами визначає логіку побудови організаційної структури та управлінських процесів, забезпечуючи впровадження сучасних управлінських практик на оперативному, тактичному і стратегічному рівнях. Інтеграція технологій штучного інтелекту розширює можливості BPM і підвищує ефективність організацій, що актуалізує дослідження еволюції управлінської думки, теоретичних засад і сучасних тенденцій розвитку управління бізнес-процесами.
Методи дослідження. При написанні статті використано загальнонаукові теоретичні методи наукового пізнання: історичний, логічний аналізу, синтезу, узагальнення та абстрагування.
Результати дослідження. У статті представлено еволюцію методологічних підходів до управління процесами, наведено особливості функціонального та процесного підходів в управлінні, охарактеризовано сучасні тенденції в управлінні бізнес-процесами.
Висновки. Дослідження еволюції підходів до управління бізнес-процесами має важливе теоретичне та практичне значення для розвитку сучасних систем управління організаціями. Аналіз історичної трансформації концепцій і методів управління бізнес-процесами дозволяє виявити закономірності їх розвитку, оцінити ефективність різних управлінських підходів та визначити фактори, що впливають на підвищення результативності діяльності організацій. Розуміння еволюційних змін у сфері управління бізнес-процесами сприяє формуванню гнучких адаптивних моделей управління, що характеризуються інтегрованістю організаційних та технологічних рішень.
